Bad habits are difficult to quit because they are built on a reward-based learning mechanism in our brains. There are many signs of them to look for depending on the type of habit, such as difficulties breaking the habit, probable psychiatric illnesses, and a desire to alter it.

Here are several signs for you to notice:
