Recognize your stress

Take a deep breath

Deep breathing is a simple and efficient stress-reduction technique. Take a deep breath in via your nose for 4 seconds, hold it for 7 seconds, and then exhale gently through your mouth for 8 seconds in a comfortable position.

Chew gum

Chewing gum can help you deal with stress and anxiety. According to one research, persons who chewed gum at work had a reduced stress reaction.

Take some tea

Teas including chamomile, lavender, and lemon balm have been demonstrated to relieve tension and promote relaxation.

Exercise is an excellent stress reliever. Even a brief stroll might help you clear your mind and relax.
